More diversity in the MIPM

MIPM Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin GmbH (MIPM) counteracts the shortage of skilled labour with diversity.

To overcome the shortage of skilled labour, MIPM is not only aware of its social responsibility, but also knows that diversity within the company is an important success factor.
MIPM has opened a second location in Magdeburg to turn the risk/reward ratio into an absolute opportunity. The Magdeburg site offers students from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (OvGU) the opportunity to work for MIPM at the STIMULATE research campus (MIPM's co-operation partner).

MIPM did not have to wait long to recruit students from Otto von Guericke University. Since the beginning of April, two Indian students have been in the familiarisation phase in Mammendorf to get to know the highly complex field of nuclear spin technology. It is planned to take them on as members of the MIPM family. MIPM's long-term goal is to counteract the shortage of skilled labour in this way.
