Our employee Florian Zacherl, who recently celebrated his 10th anniversary at MIPM, went to the Orlando-di-Lasso Realschule himself and is proud to be part of this important project. In addition to his work at MIPM, he is also involved in the Mammendorf volunteer fire brigade and the water rescue organisation in Mammendorf. MIPM supports his voluntary work by giving him time off during working hours. ‘The collaboration with the Maisach secondary school and the support for the heart screening project are a matter close to my heart. It's great to see how our efforts are helping to promote the health and well-being of the pupils. I am grateful that MIPM supports such initiatives and gives me the opportunity to get involved both professionally and as a volunteer.’ - Florian Zacherl

Florian Zacherl also completed his apprenticeship at MIPM and is an excellent example of the company's successful promotion of young talent. In honour of his 10th anniversary with the company, he will receive a personally engraved beer mug and a stand as a memento of this special event in keeping with Bavarian tradition.

MIPM is delighted to support the heart screening project at the Orlando-di-Lasso secondary school in Maisach with a generous donation to the Nicolas May Foundation. This donation will enable the important project for the early detection of heart problems in young people to be further expanded. During the Orlando di Lasso Heart Weeks, cardiac abnormalities requiring further clarification were detected in around 10% of the secondary school pupils examined in Maisach. These results emphasise the importance of heart screenings for the early detection and prevention of heart problems in young people.

The preliminary results of the study were presented in the presence of Michael N. Rosenheimer (Managing Partner of MIPM) and Andreas Klement (Authorised Signatory and Head of Product Development at MIPM). Both emphasised the importance of such initiatives for preventive healthcare.

We are grateful to be part of this important project and proud of our employees like Florian Zacherl, whose commitment and loyalty over many years make such anniversaries something very special.
