From AZUBiene to assistant to the senior boss

Claudia Wilfling has been part of the MIPM family for 25 years now. The MIPM Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin GmbH (MIPM) organised a surprise party for this very special occasion and honoured Claudia Wilfling for her 25 years of loyalty.
‘Our dear Claudia has been loyal to us for 25 years now,’ were the opening words of a very special speech by MIPM Managing Director Michael N. Rosenheimer. Employee honours are always very special at MIPM. However, when it comes to the decades-long personal assistant of Michael N. Rosenheimer, even he unexpectedly gets nervous again ‘Who would have thought that I would get nervous again when giving a speech in front of an audience?’.

Claudia was the first trainee at MIPM. She still knows the offices in Hattenhofen from the early days of MIPM.
Over the years, Claudia Wilfling has built up an unimaginable wealth of experience. As the senior boss likes to say: ‘If you are looking for a process, ask Claudia first. If she doesn't know where to find it, then you can rest assured that the process doesn't exist!’
Claudia has experienced a lot in the 25 years she has been working at MIPM. She started her training as an office communications clerk in 1998 at the age of 17. She is now the personal assistant to senior boss Michael N. Rosenheimer and looks after MIPM dealers worldwide in the Marketing & Sales department. In addition to organising trips for the boss, Claudia Wilfling has also travelled the world herself. Business trips to various trade fairs have taken her to New York, Orlando, Vienna and Dubai for ARAB HEALTH. There she even had the honour of shaking hands with Markus Söder, who was still the Bavarian Minister of State for the Environment and Health at the time. The souvenir photo of this special moment hangs in her workplace.

In order to make all these extraordinary experiences unforgettable for posterity, Michael N. Rosenheimer had a very special idea: he worked for days on a photo album containing all of Claudia's pictures taken over 25 years.

 ‘So you can imagine how big and heavy this photo book has become,’ said Michael N. Rosenheimer to his MIPM family. He concluded his speech with the words ‘Dear Claudia, the entire MIPM family would like to thank you very much and is already looking forward to the next 25+ years with you!’
