‘That's what I've wanted ever since we started training: A trainee who graduates with flying colours’ were the words of senior boss Michael N. Rosenheimer. After decades, his wish finally came true with the graduation of Hannes Gebhart. After all, how else can you describe it as bravura when someone completes their apprenticeship with an average grade of 1.0, making them the best in their year, and is honoured for this by both the vocational school and the government of Upper Bavaria? Hannes Gebhart made his boss happy and he did not miss the opportunity to honour Hannes' achievement accordingly. There was a special reception for Hannes, which was attended by the entire MIPM family as well as his proud parents.

It is remarkable how Hannes Gebhart reacted to being honoured in his own company. ‘It's not just the unique AZUBI Flitzer that makes training at MIPM so special, but also the wide range of tasks, the areas of responsibility and the simply great support from my trainer Tobi,’ says Hannes Gebhart, who will continue to contribute his diverse IT skills - only now as an IT specialist. A great example of successful cooperation between trainer and trainee. Especially in view of the fact that Hannes' trainer Tobias Wilberg (Tobi) himself successfully completed his training in the MIPM family years ago.

However, Hannes Gebhart is not yet finished with his apprenticeship. He will continue to mentor the new trainees in the MIPM family and help them prepare for their final exams in the best possible way. The newly qualified skilled worker will also be looking into joint further training opportunities with the MIPM family

There are currently 9 apprentices in training with the MIPM family, which corresponds to an exemplary training rate of 12%.
