After more than 30 years - or more precisely after 11,595 days as the company owner Michael N. Rosenheimer mentioned in his eulogy at the farewell party for the departing person - the long-time managing director Hans Schwaiger is leaving the company.
Change of staff in the MIPM family
Jennifer Rosenheimer takes the helm, rising from authorized signatory to managing director on October 1st. Symbolically, she received a captain's hat and a steering wheel from senior manager and father Michael Rosenheimer. "I am very glad that we managed to find a successor from our own family." Jennifer Rosenheimer is homegrown and has the company spirit. Not only is she the daughter of senior manager Michael Rosenheimer, but she has also been part of the MIPM family since 2002. She initially trained as an industrial electronics technician, completing a solid apprenticeship as a skilled worker. She then obtained her high school diploma and later studied industrial engineering in Wilhelmshaven and Munich. During her studies, Jennifer gained knowledge in international business at a renowned medical technology company in the USA, where she worked for an extended period. With a Master of Engineering in hand, she returned to the family business in 2011 and joined the management team as an authorized signatory. In this position, she was responsible for managing administration. Now she takes on new, larger tasks. "I am very much looking forward to the upcoming challenges as managing director," said Jennifer Rosenheimer. The senior manager is relieved to have such young, dynamic support: "Jennifer is highly motivated and can do many things much better than I can. The demands on management have changed drastically over the years. Jennifer is well-trained and has already shown that she is up to the tasks ahead. We have complemented each other excellently so far, and our collaboration has harmonized wonderfully." Both see it as a stroke of luck that the other long-standing members of the management team fully support their new boss. With this backing, Jennifer Rosenheimer looks to the future with optimism. And for particularly difficult situations, her father is still available for advice. Jennifer Rosenheimer is confident that she will continue to balance family and career. Her husband Alexander takes exemplary care of their two daughters, which is a huge relief for Jennifer.
