Service training in Bangkok

The core business of MIPM (Mammendorf Institute for Physics and Medicine GmbH) is the development and production of MRI-compatible patient monitors. While employees handle the service themselves in German-speaking countries, MIPM dealers cover the global service. These dealers are regularly trained to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. One such International Sales & Service Training took place from May 8 to 10 in Bangkok. 24 MIPM dealers from 15 different countries participated. They were trained by Gunnar Bida (responsible for marketing and sales at MIPM) and Michael Arnold (technical director at MIPM). Among other things, the two showed the dealers how to properly use the TeslaDuo and TeslaM3 patient monitors in clinical practice and what functions the monitors offer.
