At MIPM Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin GmbH (MIPM), it's ‘into professional life’ for Michael Schmid, who has completed his shortened training as a technical product designer (specialising in machine and plant design) after 3 years and is now being taken on by MIPM.
MIPM - Shortened training programme completed and the next trainee started in July.
Together with his trainer Maximilian Harreiner, our former apprentice Michael (Technical Product Designer) has completed his training with flying colours and success! ‘Michael already took on several projects during his training and worked on them independently and with dedication. I am really very proud of him and I am all the more pleased that he has now completed his training so well,’ says Harreiner.
We congratulate Michael on this great achievement and are incredibly happy that he will continue to enrich our team in the future with his knowledge, his natural and authentic manner and his good humour! ‘I am very happy to have mastered my apprenticeship and am now looking forward to the next steps in my professional life. I can fully realise the creativity and versatility of my profession at MIPM,’ says Michael.
The topic of training is picking up speed again, as the next apprentice, Amelie Geike, started her training as a technical product designer (specialising in machine and system design) at MIPM in July. As with Michael, Maximilian will take on the role of trainer and Michael will mentor Amelie. ‘I'm delighted to have started my training at MIPM, as I'm already fully integrated into the team after just a few days and can get stuck in right from the start of my training,’ says Amelie.
