MIPM looks to the future - invests in its own training in cooperation with schools

MIPM factory tour for the Mammendorf secondary school:
In October 2022, for example, MIPM took part in a company tour for school classes in Fürstenfeldbruck, Mammendorf and the surrounding area. A total of 13 pupils were able to gain a comprehensive insight into the wide range of training programmes offered by MIPM. The event began with a welcome address including a short company presentation by Jennifer Rosenheimer (Managing Director of MIPM GmbH), who herself trained as an industrial electronics technician at MIPM and is a strong advocate for apprenticeships. The programme then continued with a presentation run including the MIPM trainees, who also had something to say about the presentations. Finally, there was a Q&A session with the respective trainers. This was accompanied by a Bavarian snack and small gift bags for all participants. On leaving the building, the students couldn't resist playing a round of table tennis together when they saw the company's own table tennis table and were thus able to get some exercise in the open air.
Careers information day at Maisach secondary school:
This year's careers information day at Maisach secondary school was not to be missed either, with a total of seven different training opportunities and the possibility of internships in various areas at MIPM. Many pupils enquired about the wide range of apprenticeships on offer and also took the opportunity to find out about the benefits of an apprenticeship in the MIPM family.
MIPM as a spontaneous training company:
Thanks to our spontaneity, we were able to take on a trainee IT specialist for application development in October 2022. But that's not all: Anna-Lena is already starting her second year of training due to her A-levels. Her training supervisor Tobias Willberg completed his training as an IT specialist for system integration at MIPM and is now training the next generation himself.
In order to successfully fill further apprenticeship positions and give school pupils an understanding of apprenticeships, MIPM is offering its own in-house careers information day on 4 March 2023 from 10 am to 1 pm. This will give potential trainees a hands-on insight into the world of work
