MIPM takes care of the shortage of skilled workers itself

The Mammendorf company is once again training 4 new trainees this year. Among other things, the variety in training proves to be a plus point in the MIPM family.

Simultaneously with her training colleague, Johanna Sanktjohanser is being trained for the dual study program in electrical engineering in production, and Florian Denneler is being trained as an industrial electrician. Training is also diligently taking place in computer science with Hannes Gebhard. And last but not least, the newest profession in the family: technical product designer with Raphael Gangl. MIPM is proud to continue investing heavily in training and to be able to accompany young people in their new phase of life. One thing the trainees already have in common: a short commute. All of them are from the surrounding area and have a commute of less than 10 km. Local workplaces not only save time but are also highly environmentally friendly. It will be exciting to see who will be the next to drive the famous trainee car, the MINI Cooper S. MIPM is very grateful to be able to fill all open training positions with highly motivated young people in today's difficult times. "Intensive public relations work and presence at career information fairs help us to increase our visibility. Our trainee recruitment is further deepened through many internships, which we offer throughout the year," says Jennifer Rosenheimer, the new managing director of the family business.
