Handing over the keys to the trainee’s car: MIPM thanks Simon Kellerer for his outstanding performance during his training.

“Supporting young talent is a key component of our HR strategy for our growing company. We make a conscious effort to invest in training because we prefer to develop our own skilled staff – and we do so successfully,” emphasises HR Manager Patricia Arnold.

Simon Kellerer thus joins a long line of successful trainees at MIPM. Many former trainees have taken on positions of responsibility in recent years and, as managers, are now shaping the company’s future development. MIPM is thus making it clear that high-quality training is a vital foundation for sustainable corporate development.

As a special recognition of his achievements, Simon Kellerer was presented with the keys to the company’s trainee car, a MINI Cooper S, for the month of February. The car was officially handed over to him during a small handover ceremony.

Looking back, Simon Kellerer is grateful for his apprenticeship:
“I received fantastic support from the whole team during my apprenticeship – particularly in the run-up to my final exam. I am all the more delighted to continue supporting MIPM and to pursue my career here.”

His trainer, Lukas Westermair, also highlights his achievements:
“Simon impressed throughout his apprenticeship – with his commitment, reliability and strong team spirit. We are delighted with his development and look forward to keeping him on board at MIPM.”

MIPM remains committed to high-quality, practical training and is once again seeking motivated young professionals for the 2026 apprenticeship intake who wish to actively shape their professional future.
