MIPM welcomes new trainees and working students

This year, Simon Czapek (office management assistant), Vitus Schmid (wholesale and foreign trade management assistant), Leon Albachiara (industrial electrician for devices and systems), Paul Witzgall (industrial electrician for devices and systems), Yehor Mats (industrial electrician for devices and systems) and Oleksandr Yakushev (IT specialist for system integration) are starting their careers at MIPM.

It is particularly noteworthy that Yehor Mats and Oleksandr Yakushev have found new prospects at MIPM as Ukrainian refugees.

In addition, Dhanush Sridhar started as a working student at MIPM in September and is supporting the team in the area of development.

MIPM attaches great importance to training its own specialists. ‘We are proud to be able to offer young people sound training and thus a solid basis for their professional future,’ says Patricia Arnold (Head of Human Resources at MIPM). ‘Especially in times of a shortage of skilled labour, it is important for us to invest in the training and development of our junior staff.’
