MIPM - Training with future prospects

MIPM (Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin GmbH) has been providing training itself for over 20 years now.

What better way to start training than with a joint company presentation followed by a welcome gift for all new trainees. At MIPM, the three new trainees (including one intern) were immediately provided with playing cards, jelly babies, disinfectant, MIPM bags, MIPM pins, product flyers, environmentally friendly pens and environmentally friendly lunch boxes including cutlery.

‘All of the trainees come from the local area (two even from Mammendorf) and will hopefully stay with us for many, many years after their training,’ says Florian Warmuth (former trainee and now trainer himself).

The three of them started together on 1 September: Julia Schober and Stefan Menzinger as industrial electricians for devices and systems, Lisa Hadler is completing a practical semester in the field of development.

‘An apprenticeship lays an important foundation for the future and opens up many opportunities for further training,’ says Jennifer Rosenheimer, Managing Director, who herself trained as an industrial electrician at MIPM and completed her Master's degree in industrial engineering via the second educational path. MIPM also supports its employees long after their training with a wide range of different further training programmes.

Each trainee is assigned a mentor to accompany them throughout their training.
