Long-standing loyalty to the MIPM family: employee honours at the 2025 summer party
In a festive atmosphere, five colleagues were honoured for their many years of service to the company:
- Steffen Burg - 5 years MIPM-Family
- Ellen Beyland - 10 years MIPM-Family
- Andreja Wendt - 10 years MIPM-Family
- Maximilian Harreiner - 10 years MIPM-Family
- Elisabeth Rosenheimer - 35 years MIPM-Family
Special mention must be made of Elisabeth Rosenheimer, wo has been part of the MIPM-Family for an impressive 35 years. Her many years of loyalty and her valuable contribution to the company`s development were honoured with great applause and heartfelt words.
"Our employees are the heart of MIPM. Their experience, their knowledge and their daily commitment make our company what it is. It fills us with pride to have so many long-serving colleagues in our ranks," said Patricia Arnold, Head of Human Resourves at MIPM.
The honours underline the importance of apprecieation and cohesion within the MIPM-Family - values that are not only practised at the summer party, but thoughout the company`s everyday life.
