The long-standing collaboration between the radiological practice in Fürstenfeldbruck and MIPM (Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin GmbH) in the development of devices suitable for nuclear spin has culminated in a donation from MIPM.
Now in DUO - MIPM and DIE RADIOLOGIE
At the end of 2021, a newspaper article once again drew MIPM's attention to the radiology centre in Fürstenfeldbruck, which merged with the DIE RADIOLOGIE practice group at the beginning of the year. The family-owned company MIPM develops, produces and sells MRI-compatible patient monitors worldwide.
Elisabeth Rosenheimer was diagnosed with breast cancer after a private visit by her family to the radiology department. ‘If Dr Andreas Forster hadn't been so persistent, we don't know whether the tumour would have been discovered so early,’ says Elisabeth Rosenheimer. ’We are grateful to Dr Forster and the whole practice team for their excellent work.’
As the practice is to be equipped with a new MRI scanner, the family took this as an opportunity to say thank you. The company MIPM donated a Tesla DUO MRI-compatible patient monitor worth over €11,000. Dr Forster and his team also expressed their gratitude: ‘We can see so much with today's imaging technology. Monitoring vital parameters during MRI examinations with the Tesla DUO makes our work easier and contributes to patient safety.’
Elisabeth Rosenheimer, power wife of entrepreneur Michael N. Rosenheimer, is doing well again and would like to appeal to everyone: ‘Dear women, go for a check-up!’
Anyone who wants to find out more about MIPM is cordially invited to the open day on 14 May 2022 in Mammendorf.
