Honoured for his long-standing service: Michael N. Rosenheimer bids farewell after 20 years as a commercial judge
For over two decades, Michael N. Rosenheimer brought his extensive economic expertise to bear in the administration of justice, thereby making a valuable contribution to bridging the gap between business practice and legal decision-making. Commercial judges sit on the commercial divisions and ensure that economic matters can be assessed in a well-founded and practical manner. This honorary role requires not only specialist knowledge but also a high degree of responsibility and personal commitment.
The ceremonial presentation of the certificate of honour took place during a dignified farewell ceremony at the Regional Court. On this occasion, Michael N. Rosenheimer’s long-standing commitment was particularly honoured. At the same time, the continuity of this important role was ensured through the appointment of his successor.
As Managing Director of MIPM, Michael N. Rosenheimer has always stood for corporate responsibility, quality awareness and sustainable development. His long-standing service as a commercial judge further underscores his commitment beyond the boundaries of his own company.
“This voluntary role has always been an enriching experience for me and an opportunity to play an active part in strengthening the voluntary sector as a whole,” said Michael N. Rosenheimer during the farewell ceremony.
This award marks the end of a defining chapter, characterised by both professional expertise and personal commitment.
The conclusion of his role as a commercial judge also marks the end of his last active voluntary role in an impressive series of commitments. Over several decades, Michael N. Rosenheimer has championed business, education and the region in a wide range of roles. Particularly noteworthy are his many years of service as Chairman of the Dachau-Fürstenfeldbruck Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) committee and as Vice-President of the IHK for Munich and Upper Bavaria. In addition, he was involved, amongst other things, as Deputy District Chairman of the Federation of the Self-Employed (BdS/DGV Upper Bavaria-West), on the Fürstenfeldbruck Economic Advisory Board and in the School-Business Working Group.
He took on responsibilities in the local community at an early stage, for example as chairman of the Mammendorf Trade Association and on various parents’ councils, in some cases in a leading role. This ongoing commitment impressively illustrates his long-standing dedication to promoting economic development, strengthening the regional community and fostering close links between business and education.
