The Mammendorf Institute for Physics and Medicine (MIPM) is expanding its management team.
Andreas Klement, a long-standing authorised signatory, has been appointed Managing Director with effect from 1 January 2026. This marks a further step towards steering the company safely into the future. This is because the senior partner, Michael N. Rosenheimer, plans to step down from his role as Managing Director at the end of 2027. By then, he will have successfully led the company for 40 years. “Like me, Andreas Klement started out as a service technician and knows every aspect of our company. He has been by my side for years and is already far superior to me in most areas of responsibility. It is therefore only logical to bring him into the management team in future. Perhaps I can pass on a few useful tips to him during his time as ‘Managing Director Trainee’ at my side. Particularly when it comes to dealing sensitively with our special MIPM-family,” said the senior partner.
Andreas Klement joined the company on 1 September 1997. Since then, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s success in various senior positions. “It’s a new challenge for me, one I’m very much looking forward to. Especially now, in these difficult times for the global economy. With the experienced Managing Director Jennifer Rosenheimer by my side, we will embark together on a future that remains successful. What’s more, I’ll be able to draw on the wealth of experience of the senior partner for another two years. That’s very reassuring,” says Andreas Klement.
The third member of the management team, Jennifer Rosenheimer, is also grateful to have such an experienced colleague by her side: “Andreas fully covers my blind spots, particularly in the technical area. I couldn’t wish for better support. It will be wonderful to continue leading our company successfully together with Andreas,” said an enthusiastic Managing Director.
