Occupational health management (OHM) combined with sustainability at MIPM

MIPM Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin GmbH (MIPM) is undergoing further training in the field of occupational health management (OHM) and is combining this with sustainability projects by making an app available free of charge to its employees

Ellen Beyland was able to train as a certified trainer for group workouts and Lukas Westermair took part in a multiplier training course on the topic of ‘Moving work breaks’.

Both agree: ‘All it takes is a short workout to work up a sweat and do something good for your body.’

Thanks to their further training, they are now able to offer even more variety in the MIPM family and also impart more background knowledge.

They are supported by a WLP (Work-Life-Portal) app, which serves as a digital platform for health in the workplace. For every unit completed, you receive diamonds in the app, which you can then redeem for various sustainability projects. This means you are not only doing something good for your body, but also for the environment.

In future, MIPM will combine workouts with concentration exercises and is fully aware of one thing: ‘Practice makes perfect.’
