Alter Hase und junges Gemüse

Two pleasant events in one day: three new trainees and a 10-year anniversary at MIPM Mammendorfer Institute for Physics and Medicine GmbH (MIPM).

The MIPM family continues to adhere to the proven course of training their own specialists and retaining them after their apprenticeship. The fruits of this strategy were once again reaped on September 1st. Daniel Contag started his apprenticeship at MIPM exactly ten years ago, was hired as a skilled worker, and has remained loyal to the company to this day. "I have felt comfortable with the MIPM family from day one and still do today," said Daniel Contag. He started as an apprentice and now supports the technical sales department in 107 countries worldwide in a leading position. A successful career.

The three new apprentices, Johannes Grandl, Ben Streich (both industrial electricians for devices and systems), and Michael Schmid (technical product designer), were impressed by the opportunities offered at MIPM. They already see great chances for themselves during and after their apprenticeship at MIPM. "Being allowed to drive the AZUBI car motivates me particularly," said Johannes Grandl. The management is particularly pleased that, like Daniel Contag, all three new apprentices come from the VG Mammendorf area. "This underscores our claim to be an employer from the region. Short commutes to work protect the environment and give our employees more free time," emphasized junior manager Jennifer Rosenheimer.
