5 years of MIPM-Family after a family-related break

Anita Förg started working in the office at MIPM (Mammendorf Institute for Physics and Medicine GmbH) 5 years ago as a returner and is now an integral part of her job.

Even though the beginning was difficult after more than 10 years of family leave, Anita Förg, a trained office clerk, successfully reintegrated into working life. She put in a lot of effort with additional training courses to make her return easier. Her tasks now cover all office activities, including dunning and customer support, even in English.

"I am grateful for how I was welcomed into the MIPM family after a long professional absence. From the first day until today, I feel completely comfortable," said Anita Förg.

MIPM sees the potential of returnees and invests heavily. "Our returnees get enough time for onboarding and are closely supervised," said junior manager Jennifer Rosenheimer. Anita Förg is not an isolated case at MIPM. There are many positive examples where returnees started with a few hours and individual working time models and are now partly working full-time again.

Anita Förg is far from stopping her development. In addition to her professional activities, she is currently training as a care guide at MIPM. This is also part of MIPM's personnel policy. Supporting employees not only during parental leave but also in the area of care means being family-friendly for the MIPM family.
