20 years at MIPM

She was the very first trainee at MIPM, she still remembers the office rooms in Hattenhofen, and as a true Bavarian, she had to travel all the way to Dubai to shake hands with Markus Söder – who was then the Bavarian State Minister for Environment and Health: Claudia Wilfling has experienced a lot in the 20 years she has been working at MIPM. At the age of 17, she began her training as an office communication clerk in 1998. Today, Claudia Wilfling is the personal assistant to MIPM CEO Michael N. Rosenheimer and oversees MIPM's dealers worldwide in the Marketing & Sales department. Her business trips have taken her to various trade fairs around the world: New York, Orlando, Vienna, and of course, Dubai for Arab Health, where Markus Söder visited the MIPM stand.

Annemarie Wurm has also been a part of the MIPM family for 20 years. Her start date was May 1, 1998. Before her time at MIPM, Annemarie Wurm was initially an administrative clerk at the district office, then she raised four children. She re-entered the workforce with an internship at MIPM and then stayed on as a logistics employee. The 61-year-old especially appreciates "the nice colleagues and supervisors" in the company.
